8 corn tortilla rolled enchiladas stacked with cheese, sauce, and onions. Made with your choice of either Carne Adovada or Pollo Verde (see descriptions above). Feeds two very comfortably, or one very starving NM food lover. Comes with small sides of rice and beans.

The Carne Adovada protein is prepared in red sauce so typically the Carne Adovada enchiladas are cooked with extra red sauce. Likewise Pollo Verde enchiladas have extra green sauce. When ordering this please specify in our notes section your protein preference and if you'd prefer the "opposite" sauce option (green with adovada or red with pollo) or if standard green w/ pollo & red w/ adovada is fine.

Please allow 2 days for prep, and leave a specific day/time for preferred delivery, as these arrive ready to eat.
