At Cocina Barelas we only use authentic New Mexico Red and Green chile mixed with locally sourced meats and produce to bring New Mexico food to Seattle.

Our green chile is shipped in from farms all over New Mexico, primarily Sichler Farms, Chimayo, and Hatch New Mexico.

These scale closer to "Amy's" brand burritos found in stores. 6-7 inches long, stuffed with either Carne Adovada or Pollo Verde, wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. All protein & no filler. Just our warm juicy Carne Adovada or Pollo Verde and a bit of melted oaxaca cheese.. An absolute flavor bomb.
