At Cocina Barelas we only use authentic New Mexico Red and Green chile mixed with locally sourced meats and produce to bring New Mexico food to Seattle.

Our green chile is shipped in from farms all over New Mexico, primarily Sichler Farms, Chimayo, and Hatch New Mexico.

Pictured here our stuffed sopapilla with our home made Carne Adovada, shredded pork marinated in Chimayo New Mexico in house made Red Chile sauce.

* burritos are NOT "Mission-Style". These are simply stuffed with either Carne Adovada or Pollo Verde, wrapped in an Oaxaca cheese crusted flour tortilla. All protein & no filler. Just our warm juicy Carne Adovada or Pollo Verde and a bit of melted oaxaca cheese.. An absolute flavor bomb.
